1999 Mustang GT

Since my brother and I bought a race car, the list of upgrades for the Mustang has gotten a whole lot shorter. I'm only going to use the Mustang for "track stuff" until I get "soloed" and can take the track car out.
Part # Cost Status Description
10.50 Done Ford "Smoker's Kit". This was actually kinda bogus. It was a lighter for the socket already in the car, and a "plastic cup" with a lid to drop into one of the cup holders and act as an ashtray. But at least it was almost $5 cheaper at the parts counter than getting it as a factory installed option. :-)
N/A 5 Done Cut down the "snorkel" on the intake silencer and installed a 5" to 4" tin dryer duct reducer as a larger-bore "snorkel".
100 Done Ford Accessories Front End Cover ("bra").
E-0945 40 Done K&N Filter.
120 Done Pro 5.0 "Power Tower" shifter. Bought used from a fellow that was replacing it with a Hurst "racing quality" shifter. Ironically enough, his shift forks broke soon after installing the new Hurst. :-(
200 Done Llumar window tinting. I like the Llumar film, but I think I prefer the Formula One dual-metallic film that I had on my last car. For one thing, I like the silvery look of the Formula One metallic film. For another, the Formula One metallic film is a lot less obvious. Next time, I think I'll go with the Formula One again.
8 Done Wheel hub cover & rear bumper inserts from from MustangWorld .
40 Done Motul RBF 600 brake fluid.
65 Install Ford Racing Performance Parts 9 mm spark plug wires.
0 Install Rewire fog lights ...
to wiring harness for convertible top so they can be operated independently of the running lights.
